The Brief
Fern, founder of Abel Accounting, was launching her new limited company and needed a strong digital presence to match her experience. With no website or branding in place, her goal was to showcase her legitimacy, build trust with potential clients and make it easier for local business owners to understand and access her services.
She wanted something professional but not corporate – a site that felt warm, clear and trustworthy, without being stuffy or intimidating.
What We Did
We delivered a full branding and website package to help Fern confidently launch her business and connect with the right audience:
- Designed a logo and brand identity using a warm-toned colour palette to balance professionalism with friendliness
- Built a clean, responsive website – mobile-first and designed to last
- Wrote all web copy with tone of voice in mind: clear, calm and approachable
- Structured the site around key services: payroll, bookkeeping, self-assessment, audits and Xero/QuickBooks support
- Added clear calls-to-action, FAQs and a contact form to encourage enquiries
- Captured brand photography for use across the site and socials
- Set up her Google My Business, Facebook and Instagram accounts
- SEO optimised the site with keyword-led meta titles, descriptions and alt text
